Jack Hetzel – Bone – Solicitor

Jack graduated from Flinders University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in 2011. He was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of South Australia and to the High Court of Australia to practice as a lawyer in 2012.

Jack has been practicing exclusively in Family Law and Wills and Estates including Estate Litigation since 2015.

Jack has assisted clients making and defending claims for further provision out of an estate of their relatives, challenges to the validity of Wills, and with complex applications to the Supreme Court for probate matters.

Jack has experience in all aspects of family law and has acted in all manner of family law matters including complex property settlements, complex children’s matters, child support, spousal maintenance, binding child support agreements, binding financial agreements, and child support issues. 

Jack understands that separation or the death of a loved one is a particularly challenging time and he listens carefully to the needs of his clients. He understands that each person’s circumstances are unique and that they require an approach that is tailored to their personal preferences.

Jack is committed to providing clients with practical, pragmatic advice and approaches each matter with a down to earth attitude. He ensures that he does his best to achieve a goal in accordance with each client’s interests as well as providing cost-effective solutions in the particular circumstances.

He promotes negotiation and an approach to resolving matters without the need for Court proceedings where possible and appropriate.

That said he will fight for his client’s rights in Court when required. He is experienced in contested matters in various Courts. He regularly undertakes his own Courts appearances in Court for hearings, defended arguments, mediations and Court conferences.
