Paula Mertiris – Senior Associate Solicitor

Paula Mertiris is a Senior Associate with the firm and specialises in litigation matters, having practiced in this area since her admission.

Paula’s dispute and litigation experience is diverse. In addition to her experience with disputed wills and estates, she has acted for clients in property disputes, contract and corporate disputes, defamation disputes, building and construction disputes, debt recovery, restraint of trade and trademark infringement matters.

Paula’s experience in dispute resolution includes conciliation, mediation and litigation and she has extensive experience in contested matters appearing in both State and Federal Jurisdictions.

Paula strives to achieve early and cost-effective resolutions for her clients but is diligent and committed to pursuing her clients’ rights through to a final determination where necessary.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree together with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (with a Psychology major), both from the University of Adelaide.
