Marianna Danby

Marianna was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2017.

Since then, and prior to starting at Donlan Lawyers, Marianna has practiced in a variety of areas including commercial and estate litigation, wills and estates, intellectual property, liquor licencing, business sales, native title, property law, general contract and commercial law.

Marianna has a particular interest in wills and estate planning and can assist in deceased estate administration and business succession. Marianna has also acted in family provision disputes as an instructing solicitor, appearing before the South Australian Courts and is an advocate for mediation settlements.

With a kind and caring nature and her diverse experience, she has previously assisted individuals as well as corporate clients and understands the importance of focusing on each client’s particular desired outcomes. She works with clients to achieve these with pragmatic and practical strategies.
